Not able to register the prodcut

I am not able to register the product. Please see the error below
  • Sorry, we are unable to locate this serial number. Please check your information and try again.
    Note: product registration is not supported for part numbers (P/N) starting with “BL”.

    Try to use a different browser and check.   Please check whether you are typing the right no. 

    If your device is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.    They will help you to register. 

    Click on "Like" if you find my answer useful
