Travelmate P214-52 bought in mid november 2020 is showing 25.8% wear. 39301 of 52976 mWh is usable battery capacity.I just play games rarely (once a month).Just use it attend online classes,so no intense use case.Yet such huge battery wear is shown. Is this normal ?Do I need to claim Warranty? Will I get it?

What are you using to determine wear? Windows is notorious for giving bad numbers... Have you done any Windows battery calibration cycles? Do you normally use the laptop in battery mode, or plugged in?

Yeah, we should probably start out with known good numbers. Do the battery rest to clear it's settings then the Windows calibration a few times.
For the battery reset, shut down and disconnect power. Turn the laptop over and find the reset pinhole. With something like a bent paper clip press and hold the reset switch for 15-30 seconds. Release and wait 15-30 minutes then plug the power back in. Wait for the full charge indication and turn it back on.
At that point you have a full battery with Windows running. To do the Windows calibration disconnect the charger and use the laptop until Windows shuts down due to low battery. That's usually set to somewhere between 3% and 10% battery remaining. With the laptop shut down, plug in the charger and wait until the full charge indicator is showing. That is one cycle, each time you run the cycle it will get a little better. I usually do three times through when I'm getting things in shape here, but it is a bit of a hassle...
Once things are ready go ahead and go through a week or more of normal usage then look again at the Windows battery report.
