Can someone please make me a Throttlestop config for my laptop? - Helios 300

Hello. I have the 8 core i7 version of the Helios 300 10th gen, and was wondering if someone could help.
I have set a 115 aprox undervolt on CPU, and -100 on GPU, however I struggle to keep temps below mid to high 40s when idle, even though I am also using power saver and 60hz refresh.
I tried enabling speed shift, but speedstep keeps enabling again when I go on a game, so I just turned speed shift off because I don't want to keep going back to TS and disabling the latter option.
I want a silent laptop when idle or browsing the web, without deducting to much performance like disabling turbo etc.
That being said, does anyone also know how to disable to GPU fan when not in use? They both run and I don't see the point.
If someone could make me a profile with some settings applied, and/or tell me some tips on lowering temps/increasing processor efficiency I would be very grateful.
The lowest I get is 40DC, and that's with my cooling pad set to 100%.
Many thanks

When Speed Shift is enabled, it does not matter whether the older technology, SpeedStep, is enabled or not. Forget about SpeedStep and use the modern Speed Shift instead. It works much better, especially in laptops.

Many fans do not allow you to turn them off because it can be problematic restarting them.

Idle temperatures in the 40°C range are normal. Laptop heatsinks are modest in size compared to desktop computers. Higher idle temperatures are normal. When using ThrottleStop, make sure your CPU cores are spending 99% of their time is the low power C7 state. Most people have too much junk running in the background. That is what causes idle temps to go up.

I heard on another topic about someone making setups preconfigured for helios laptops earlier than mine, so I was wondering if I shared my .ini file, someone could possibly tweak some settings to make my cpu a little more efficient?
I also cannot adjust certain settings myself due to me being blind, so it's better if someone who knows what they are doing could do this for me.
I heard things mentioned about optimising the power limits and power draw aside from undervolting, which I have already had done.
    Many thanks

@lindSaiyan00 each conf has to be tweaked on the system they are for for the best results check my signature and ask in the fb predator group maybe someone there already has a tested conf for that cpu good luck :)
