So I have the Acer Predator monitor, I'm not really sure what model or how to check. It has about 4 ports in the back that I have tried connecting my usb headphones to and it says it recognizes it but I haven't heard any sound. Is there anything I can do to make the sound go to the headphones?

On the back of monitor you can find a sticker.   It will show you the snid no and model no.   If you are not able to see the model no, you can find the snid no.  It is a 11 or 12 digit number.   Note down the snid no     Go to website support.acer.com - chose your country - type the snid.    It will show you the model no.

You can also find the model no on the package box where the monitor was delivered.

If your monitor is connected to a desktop tower,  to make it simple, you can connect the headphone on the desktop tower and you can listen to music.

    Hi @SoarUh,

Are you getting sound from your headsets when you connect it to other devices.

If there are USB ports on the monitor, do you have the USB connection between monitor and desktop hooked up?
