A disgusted customer Nitro 5(Nitro AN515-55)

I have an Acer Nitro 5(Nitro AN515-55) and I am within my warranty which ends in October, by attempting to have it repaired I communicated with an agent on live chat and was given an address: "#1 Calcutta Road Calcutta, Freeport Trinidad Tobago, W.I" on Friday 10th September, 2021 I went to this address and was surprised to learn that there was not service center, on top of that when calling the number given to me by another of your agents "(868) 299 0181",(which is also the number available on your website: Authorized Repair Centers (acer.com)), there was no response; thus I had spent $103ttd in passage and wasted many hours of my live, which could have been prevented if your website was up-to-date and it's information was accurate. So now I am here starting from scratch in my attempt to get my laptop repaired and I have no intention in going through the process of calling your unexistant support center nor having another live chat with another of your agents who I anticipate will deliver me the same sentiment of calling your center again. I am truly disappointed in this brand name company: Acer as their support given to a little country in Latina America: Trinidad is nothing less than offensive and I personally would not have much of a problem shipping it abroad if the fact that I spent $103 ttd to get me this far did not follow me around. I can be contacted by the email I used to send this complaint and I would not mind giving you my repair case number if you so required, which has it's own shadow of uncertainty, I look forward to having this issue addressed and I expect some compensation for the money and time that I have wasted.

Well, if you think that we, the users of this forum would help, then ok. This is a user forum, not an Acer support channel, therefore my advice would be to contact Acer support.
