Acer Aspire TC-865 BIOS

I'm trying to turn on Secure Boot and TCM in preparation for Windows 11. My system will not recognize any drive when I turn them both on at the same time. I have tried everything I can think of to try to get it to recognize ANY drive but it won't. If anyone has any ideas or no how to accomplish this, I would greatly appreciate it.

You can achieve this by doing a bios defaults and then setting supervisor password.   Save the bios changes and then go to bios and try to change the secure boot and TCM settings.

Tap del while turning on the computer.   It will go to bios.    Tap f9 - it will load the bios defaults .   Tap f10 - save the changes.
Tap del while turning on the computer.   Go to bios.  Go to security, authentication - check whether you see the option to set supervisor password.   Press enter and set the password.  Save the changes by pressing f10.    Restart the computer - go to bios  and then try to do the desired changes.
