Acer Swift 3 SF314-59 and USB-C Hub problem

Hi,
I have a Acer Swift 3 SF314-59 with i5 gen 11, 16GB Ram etc. I bought USB-C hub Green Cell 5Gb/s, 4K ultraHD etc. When i conneted to my notebook with Win 10 Pro, system don't recognized device. System turn on and turn off the hub. Connected hub to charger and notebook and i have the same problem. Any solution?

    There is no reason I can think of why it doesn't work. Perhaps you got a bad hub? Your TBT4 port has video support, so that's not the issue.

    I know person who use the same notebook and hub. This person don't know what did to work correctly. Told me about windows update but i updated my windows. Maybe drivers?

    More likely you just got a bad hub, send it back to the vendor and try again.

    Hi,

    I'm experiencing similar issue with a brand new SF314-59 and a generic USC type C hub: windows keeps connecting / deconnecting the device (with no error message but with the annoying corresponding sound).

    Nothing seems wrong in the windows device manager, windows and drivers are up to date and the hub works just fine on a Dell laptop and on an HP one.

    Any hint would be appreciated.
