I noticed this problem a few days ago while charging my laptop.

My laptop was turn off and my AC adapter was plugged in and it was charging and I noticed that the charging light  kept changing orange and white and white it stays orange for about 10-20 seconds and then turns white for another 10-20 seconds. When I turned on the laptop while charging it, I noticed that the charge keeps connecting and disconnecting, charging for about 10-20 seconds, and then turning off for for about 10-20 seconds. The laptop is on while the battery present and the AC adapter is plugged in.

I noticed this problem when the laptop charge has reached more than 90%.

How do I solve this issue? thanks in advance.

    Hi Hirad418,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

I did it, but the problem was not solved.

While discharging the unit, it was turned off at 25% But I followed the instruction's you send .

Previously, it was charging 90%, then the charge keeps connecting and disconnecting, but now it happens at 70%.

    Please help me.

    Hi Hirad418,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
