If you had the keyboard & mouse unplugged too, then "keyboard error" would be expected.  Something has changed in your Bios posting that it is now scanning the 1TB. Googling I get hits involving "S.M.A.R.T" in Bios. Personally, I would leave it be as 34 seconds boot ain't no bad thing.

It's possible, try a different keyboard if you can.

I have same machine upgraded to 16GB as well. Mine is Mini Form Factor [Size].

If no joy with startup repair using Win10 USB recovery drive, then...

    Check Drive file system

Is your system drive getting full?
I found 15 to 20% empty is good.

    Do Memory diagnostic

What is the draw on your PSU?
My PSU is only 220W I think -
    so newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator
If graphics card, need new psu = hard to fit in mine

    Clear temp and prefetch folders:
Type %TEMP% into Run  - clk ok
Select all files in folder  [Ctrl+A] -  Shift + Delete
Skip files  that don't want to delete
[Then do same for TEMP;  Then Prefetch]
In one of these folders there is boot folder info for next boot, but sometimes it needs deleting to make a clean start.
These temp files can conflict too.

    Updates + Drivers:
Some updates slow boot time - so view update history, and installed updates, and check KB number on google. Some updates are bad in many ways including slow boot time, and either Micsft will do  an official rollback, or you can uninstall update possibly yourself.
Lots of small updates can conflict rather than 1 big update, though big updates too can have issues.
Also, The system may have auto updated drivers, which can cause issues!
Or - need to update drivers or BIOS firmware can be issue!
Troubleshooters don't usually pick up these kind of probs. But by all means try them.

I would suggest system restore, but not for SSD - That's why I kept my HDD!

    Other Tools:
    SFC SCANNOW, DISM, etc
    Not sure how good

    Viruses + Malware

    Hope this helps.
