I have the Nitro AN515-53 model. NitroSense would never get past the loading screen and blink constantly, so after failed attempts to repair and troubleshoot the app, I uninstalled it with the intention to reinstall. Now, I keep getting an error message saying my computer is not supported. Each time I try to use Acer Care Center, I get a message saying the app is still initializing. I've had this computer since 2019. How can I fix this?

Look in the first tab in BIOS(information tab) the exact model and rename the folder for your model  in the plugs folder to be the same like in BIOS.

I'm a little confused by "plugs folder." Where can I find that? Thank you so much for your help!

Hi! Thank you so much! I was able to find the plugs folder. I did change the name but it still wouldn't work, so I changed it back to the original one and now it's installed. I really appreciate the help!
