hi, I have Acer swift 1 for like 2 months already. sometimes it is getting hot, especially on the left side where the battery jack is. when I charging the laptop it's getting hotter, I chack the MCU temperature and it was 40-50 C. I don't know if it is okay. The laptop works perfectly no bugs or something but I feel the heat when placing my hand upper left side. is it normal?

    Hi lukakhvare,

    Laptop normal CPU temperature
No matter the case, a CPU temperature should play around 75-80 degrees celsius when gaming. When the computer is doing small processes or in an idle state, it should be around 45 degrees celsius to a little over 60 degrees celsius at most. thank you for your response, I think it just feels hot because the laptop corpus is metal and thick also usually I place it on my knees when working so...
