Can't use full RAM and slow booting - AN515-43

Hello, I have 8 GB ram Acer AN515-43 laptop. But there's only 5.9 GB ram usable. I found 2.1 GB ram is specified particularly for some kind of hardware 😑. And my laptop takes nearly 1.5 minute to boot😑. 
Q1) Is there any way to use full ram? If not, if I add new 16GB stick will it be okay? 
Q2) How can I make my laptop boot fast?

A1)This is normal Ryzen 5 3550H Vega 8 taken 2.1 GB ram. You need to add same 8GB Ram stick to work in dual channel + performance boost
