Aspire A515-54G Cannot activate Bluetooth anylonge. Update BT drivers does not help

Bluetooth on Aspire A515-54G cannot be activated any longer. Had no problems before. Maybe since update WIN10? Update Bluetooth driver as proposed is no solution.

    Open Device Manager. Do you see any red or yellow warnings? If none, open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned in the box that pops up, click System Restore. Click next. Do you see an automatic restore point with a date time stamp about when you couldn't activate BT?
