I have used my earphone on multiple devices and my earphone is working fine. The problem is with my laptop. I think there might be some drivers missing. I have tried all the solutions provided on the net but the main issue is that my laptop is not even detecting a microphone. Please help me. I am attending meetings with the webcam mic. I am using Mi dual driver wired earphones.

For changing the volume, in that Realtek Audio Console, the volume is located in the Main tab, Recording devices. If that doesn't work, you might have to take that mic and hold it near your mouth. The earphone mic can't catch voice very well.

Does your earphone use 3.5mm jack? If so, go to Realtek Audio Console, device advanced setting, and choose headset. The earphone mic won't show up but it will replace the Microphone Array

Yes it helped thank you. But the intensity of sound is very low. The other person couldn't hear me until I say it loudly. Is there any way to increase the intensity.
