@aiTejaSuggala check with an external display to see if the same happens and if this only happens under windows might be a software issue as there are many possibilities from the edp cable partly disconnected or damaged a faulty connector on either end or the display itself try a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults sometimes fixes most bugs either way good luck

Browsing this forum there seems a lot of screen problems with acer products compared to other things.

I had a recent problem with my screen, it didn't go pink just flickered then went blank.  I tried it on external monitor screen and it worked alright there, then I tried the suggestions from this forum (reinstall, update drivers, check screen from bios) and could determine for sure it was the screen itself.  Couldn't see anything disconnected inside and screens from the internet for my model were out of stock and would cost £150 anyway, so I'm guessing acer repair centre would want at least £200-£300 to replace the screen.

If you're not bothered about lack of laptop mobility, buy a good monitor on sale to use, it's cheaper than a screen repair and it's not money wasted, as can still be used on other things if laptop develops other internal hardware faults.

Thank you Easwar. I have tried the above steps, the issue still persists . with an extended monitor display is fine on that monitor . Is the problem because of my laptop screen ?? What can be done here
