Yes. It supports both m.2 SATA3 card and m.2 NVME card up to about 2TB. So both 256GB or 500GB m.2 NVME or m.2 SATA3 should work fine.

You can install up to  a 16GB DDR4 replaceable sodimm module 2400MHz or higher frequency. I recommend crucial RAM modules because they are usually top of the line micron modules. If your mainboard has non-replaceable 4GB soldered RAM, the total RAM would then be 20GB

    Hi Shoumik,
You can upgrade the memory with a maximum of 16GB DDR4 2400/2133MHz module, you already have 4GB onboard memory and a slot for upgrade, as for the SSD, you can install a M. 2 NVMe SSD up to recommended maximum size of 256GB but few users have installed 512GB and 1TB as well in this model.

    The 58GI AMD seems better.

Did you run crucial.com scanner on your particular machine before you ordered to make sure it was compatible RAM?

Does it only show the 3200MHz option? Or does it also show lower speed models that match what you bought?

It should work. Go to this link and describe the issue to see what they recommend. Also describe your scanner result which is very unusual as it does not seem to match your model's specifications.
