Warranty anger

Hello, I bought a brand new laptop in June 2021.

From day 1 there was problems using HDMI to my TV. I tried MANY things to fix it. I reinstalled Windows twice. I tried multiple Nvidia drivers. I bought 4 different HDMI cables. I tried on 4 different TVs. I brought it to 2 laptop repair stores.

I suffered with this problem for weeks until I finally concluded the problem must be faulty hardware so I took it the authorized Acer support store. They said the motherboard needs to be replaced.

This is not acceptable. I bought a brand new laptop and I want a brand new laptop in return. I don't want a refurbished laptop. How do I know the motherboard is the only problem? Maybe in a few months the RAM breaks, or the SSD, or any other part.

I would like Acer to authorize the store to send me a NEW, unopened laptop.
