I have 2 PM161Q displays, Dell Latitude 3301 and a Thunderbolt4 dock, but I can only get one of the external displays to work at a time. Is it a limitation of the dock or the laptop? The dock has 3 Thunderbolt4 ports and it sends power to the displays, but signal to only 1.

It's likely both... If your dock is relying on the DP over TB feature then normally only one will be supported at a time. If the dock generates it's own video signals then you ought to be able to run as many displays as they spec. I don't have full specs on the Latitude, but most TB implementations only allow one video stream in the DP over TB.

    Hi Graeme592,

Set up dual monitors on Windows 10
    1. Select Start > Settings > System > Display. ...
    2. In the Multiple displays section, select an option from the list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens.
    3. Once you've selected what you see on your displays, select Keep changes.
