Screen issue with flickering using chrome and very weird tracing with Android Apps

Hopefully someone can tell me why my screen gets a weird flicker like the animation transition between two screens gets stuck in a weird semi-transparent state. I will try to get a video of this the next time it happens.
I also have this weird "tracing" issue with Android Apps as shown in the video in this link.

I spoke with CS last night via chat, I was instructed to do a powerwash as I have already done the rebooting and refresh as you just posted.

I will give it a few days and post back with the results.

The flicker has not returned but I have not used it as much in the last couple days. One thing that has remained that I forgot to mention is this, When I go to click a button or link on a webpage sometimes I get this double sided arrow pointing horizontally with a red circle/slash on it and I have to move it away from the link or button to get it to return to a normal cursor.

Any ideas on that last part?

That's the scroll mode getting turned on. Usually it takes a special click (like center button) to switch to scroll mode, and in that mode when you move the muse down it will scroll down and when you move the mouse back up it'll scroll up.

No it is not the scroll, if it was then moving the mouse would scroll the screen, it does not move the screen. I am not even sure how to turn that feature on and off but I am going to play with it now.
