Acer G3620 beeps every 40 seconds before booting after installing new GPU.

I have a Acer G3620 that shipped with Windows 7, and it had a GT630. I got a GTX1070 (8GB) second hand and I installed it. I also installed a new PSU as I thought the old one wouldn't work with the GPU. (Corsair CX550M).

When I boot though, it beeps every 40 seconds or so while showing the Acer logo. After 8 minutes or so of beeping every 40 seconds, it finally boots into Windows.

Here are several things I did:
I made Windows 11 into a UEFI installation
I unplugged all the cables and plugged it back in
I reseated the GPU several times
I cleared the CMOS and replaced the CMOS battery.

If you have any suggestions, I'd be most grateful. Thank you!

Which version of the BIOS does your system have? The earlier G3620 models had only legacy boot support for Windows 7, not the UEFI boot used for all the newer OSes. If you are not booting in UEFI mode the newer GPUs will not work. They require some driver loading during the UEFI startup and that doesn't happen when booting from an MBR drive. My guess is the beeps are saying there's a problem with the GPU, and it eventually boots with the GPU disabled...
