So everytime i play a game after like an hour or so, my game crashes (blue screen giving the error VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR or force stop), then when i relaunch the game my fps is like lower than 10(unplayable) or the window crashes. Then nvidia graphics driver is not available(in device manager), then I restart my laptop Nvidia driver comes back and when I play my games again the same problem is happening after an hour of playing game.

I had -

- tried reinstalling the graphics driver from acer.

- tried removed the graphics driver using ddu in safe mode and reinstalling the latest one while windows update is paused and windows defender is disabled.

- tried updating drivers from Nvidia.

- also tried formatting the windows.(removed all my files and did a fresh install like a new laptop)

Drivers, Bios and Windows is up-to-date.

THEN ALSO MY PROBLEM PERSISTS.

I don't use any third-party anti-virus like mcafee.

My laptop is acer aspire 7 A715-75G

Specs -

i5 9300H

Gtx 1650 4gb gddr6

16gb ram

512gb ssd

Windows 10 pro 21H1

Os build 19043.1110

Your laptop seems to be overheating. You must raise laptop above hard cool surface so airflow in and out of airvents on bottom are not impeded.

The gpu temperature is around 80°C while playing games which is fine for a laptop I think. I always raise my laptop while playing games.
    No issue with the temperature.

Still sounds like overheating. Possibly momentarily peaking well above 80*C average. Might help to uninstall, not just disable, any non-M icrosoft  virus scanners that might be running in the background. Also disable any other startup process in TaskManager that you really don't need running.

I had already. I had tried playing game with a fresh windows 10 installed, only game installed and 2 or 3 applications that is used for playing games.
And I already told that I don't use any third-party anti-virus like mcafee, windows defender works perfectly fine. Then also problem persist.

Did you delete the hidden ACER factory Win10 Home reset partition when you installed WinPro?

I changed the product key from the settings and when I re-installed the windows it automatically activated to home single language and I again changed it to pro version.
I think I should again reinstall the windows so that it can be home single language and then test the games if it is crashing or giving me the same error.

Yes, but only if you can access the hidden ACER recovery partition preferrably using the ALT+F10 cold boot reset method. This can help rule in or rule out a hardware issue. But I think it may be due to system library differences and their interactions with drivers  between Generic WinPro and ACER OEM WinHome. Even generic WinHome is different from the ACER OEM WinHome version on the hidden partition.

Let me try reinstalling fresh windows again so that it can be home single language. I will let you know if the problem is fixed or not.
Are you talking about these partitions?

Yes, but that original ACER OEM recovery partition may have been overwritten or otherwise made inaccessible by WinPro's own installation/recovery partition. If that is the case, then the ALT+F10 cold boot factory recovery might not be available anymore. You'll just have to try it and see. Make sure the D2D recovery option is enabled in the BIOS Main tab before trying it.

If the recovery of home is overwritten by win pro's then it means my problem will never be fixed?

I had installed a fresh new windows 10 again and it had automatically activated itself as home single language but still it is crashing.

This is NOT the same ACER OEM WIN10 Home version at the time of the machine's manufacturing date! The ALT+F10 cold boot factory reset from the hidden recovery partition installs the FACTORY OEM Win10 HOME version number that was available at the time of the machine's manufacture.

So try the ALT+F10 cold boot recovery. You must first make sure the D2D recovery option is enabled in the BIOS Main tab. Then follow the directions in this link
