I'd like to know if i can install a t9500 in this old laptop knowing that i will replace old 256 mb ddr333 sdram with 2x1 ddr333 sdram. At the moment I've got a Pentium 4 2.80 ghz that is compatible with socket pgga478. Thanks

Yes you should be able to add two DDR 333MHz or higher PC2700, 200-pin 2.5v SODIMM modules. The CPU is not so easy. The t9500 came in different socket types, the most common seems to be a BGA type which is soldered to the mainboard and can't be replaced. If you find a replaceable type, it must fit the same socket ast the 2.8GHz Pentium 4 that's in there now. It looks like a replaceable 478 pin socket
