Nitro 5 Spin: Has Acer India Scammed you?

I have had the worst experience with Acer support. My keyboard on ACER Nitro 5 spin started showing some problems. Upon complaining multiple times, the problem was not fixed. It took ACER India around 6 months to visit and replace the keyboard. That is just an example of horrible support and service from Acer.

In the second instance, the SSD on my laptop crashed (it crashed 3 days before the warranty expiration date) and upon claiming the warranty, they said it does not come under warranty. But, while buying the laptop from the authorized Acer seller, I was told the SSD comes under warranty. The service guy visited my house (after 2 weeks of complaint) and said the laptop's SSD had been corrupted and they wouldn't replace it. He closed the case and went. I bought a new SSD and reinstalled the OS. After starting my laptop I found that some keys in keyboard had stopped working properly. I complained about it, but they are refusing to provide any support claiming that the warranty has expired. But if the service guy had actually fixed my laptop he would have identified that there was a fault in keyboard within the warranty period.
