Nitro 5 AN517-41 unable to read colors?!

Hi, I just got myself a new Nitro5, it's really nice but I realized there are some issues...I cant see some hues! The computer refuses to show me cerice, magenta, fushia, and other purple and deep blue colors, instead it reads the colors as pale reds, oranges, browns, greyish purples, and greyish black blues.Meanwhile, it read yellows, greens, oranges and light blues the same as my old hp computer. Changing any settings in AMD or in color manager dont help, it just shifts things a bit, it dont make it able to read the cherry colors which are my favourite.... Is is it supposed to be like this? It was advertised as having great color accuracity, which is incredibly important to me, but it really isnt accurate if it cant see the colors properly... And yes I updated everything and double checked drivers.

I also have an issue with media sound, forgive if I cannot describe it properly as my vocabulary fail me, but it sound sort of screechy? Loud and hollow? It dont at all sound like my tv, old hp computer or my phone, its much worse...I have no comparision of other Nitro5s so I cant tell if the sound is supposed to be this way! I have tinkered with the settings in DTS:X Ultra and can only get a small improvement...

Please help me, I dont know what to do.

Thank you for the advice, however it didnt work... my computer savy friend believe it to be that it has a faulty lcd screen. So I am considering contacting the store that sold it and see what they say. Thank goodness I didnt throw away anything from the box...
