Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315 RTX GPU throttling?

Laptop: Acer Predator Helios 300
Model: PH315
CPU: Intel i7 10th gen
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060

I have owned this computer for around 6 months and I have had no issues with temperatures or fps drops until recently. One thing that I noticed was that when I play games (any games and on any graphics settings), my GPU just gives up. I would monitor the GPU temperature and performance on PredatorSense and it would be normal until suddenly GPU usage goes up to 100% and temperatures go down from 70 to 60. Is this GPU throttling? If so, how do I prevent it? Why does it say that my GPU usage is 100%?

I think your system is running at a single channel ram (send me the ram in task manager), so it is only running at around 80% also your core clock is only 300 mhz so open nvidia control panel and go to 3d setting and scroll and the power management select prefer maximum performance.

Make sure you setup all games/apps you want to run in the dgpu manually on nvcp
