Sometimes it might also be a cable issue.   Please  try an alternative cable and check..

    If it still not working..

    Try windows x
    go to device manager
    expand display adapter
right click on display driver - uninstall
    Restart the computer

    It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the display adapter from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the display driver

Could you take a picture showing the back of the computer? The service guide shows two HDMI ports and no DVI ports...

My sincere appologies the Motherboard that Quit was the TC710.
The PC I am replacing it with is a Veritron X498G which has the DVI problem.
    FW ver. P01-B0

Either this version or a newer version!

P01-B0 is the latest BIOS for the Veriton, so you are good there. The system was initially released with Windows 7 and a downgrade to XP was an option. That puts it age at well over ten years. Acer's support site does have Windows 7 drivers for it and those are the latest. Determine first if you are running 32 bit or 64 bit and download the W7 drivers and try a reinstall. You may have to use compatibility mode to install the W7 drivers if you have W10 on it.

I have uninstalled the driver and rebooted to load the driver from the Internet. No Change.
The DVI did work until I installed the Windows 10.
I was trying to find the BIOS firmware just to try reloading it!
However it is not available on the ACER Site that I could find!

Sure, the BIOS is on the Acer site, you likely just need to select the correct OS version, in your case Windows 7 64bit. A typical uninstall of the drivers doesn't actually remove them, there's a checkbox you have to add to remove the files. You don't want Windows to reinstall them, you want to reinstall the version from Acer's support site. Do the uninstall with the checkbox to say remove files. Before rebooting install the ones from the Acer site, in compatibility mode since they are W7 drivers. Then reboot and see it it's made any change.

I cannot seem to find access to the BIOS and drivers.
The Acer Care center does not support the Veritron X498G the SN is not listed.
Is it possible to send me a link to where I can get the Firmware?

    I appreciate the assistance greatly.

    I must apologize!
I went back and tried the Adapter drivers again.
I must not have checked the box to remove the software previously.
I removed the software this time.
When it rebooted it loaded with the Windows Drivers.
I updated the Driver and it loaded the Intel driver and works now!

Thank you very much for your assistance and Patience!

    You have solved another One!
