No that is normal temps and these are the A715-75G's fans limits:
    1. CPU Fan's True Value Table (Tj=100) - Low Limit = 90 High Limit 100 at 4400rpm CPU fan 1
    2. VGA Fan True Value Table (Tj=102) - Low Limit 90 High Limit 96 at max 5300 rpm fan 2 VGA Fan

So less than 90C is not danger AT ALL ?

Yes and remember a laptop is not like a desktop and its cooling versatility is not as wide. And that is why these laptops are deigned to work at those high temps. If this laptop gets to CPU 100c or GPU 96c then the operating system and the CPU/GPU turn off automatically so, at 80-84c these temperatures are normal especially when you play high demanding games as these temps can get into the 90c+ range which is also normal.

What I would strongly suggest is and if you play CPU and GPU demanding software and you play games allot? Is for you to buy a good laptop tablet cooler and make sure that the laptop vents are always clear of felt and dust and also repaste the CPU/GPU with a high quality paste like the Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Kryonaut Extreme and apply it by the "Pea Dot' method as that is about all you can do unless you undervolt and go to extreme mods for cooling your laptop.
