I don't know if the category is correct, sorry.

As the title says, some keys on my Acer Nitro (unsure of what specific model) suddenly stopped working overnight. Laptop was not up to date at the time, but I updated it but it didn't fix it. The Standard PS/2 Keyboard also seems up to date but I haven't reinstalled it. The keys are physically fine but when pressed don't do anything. They don't feel any different from the other keys. They aren't even the most commonly used keys so I don't think its a physical issue.

Keys affected are: 1, 3, -, t, u, p, ], j, right arrow, right ctrl, 5 (on the right),and page down. I'm using a separate keyboard for now but I'd really prefer to use the keyboard on the laptop.
Is there anything I can do beside a factory reset?
