Still no shipment notification on repair

I sent my laptop in to be repaired, and according to the repair status it was finished within about 36 hours. It's been on "shipped" status for probably three days now, but I have yet to receive a notification about it with a tracking number. Is this normal for Acer? I only ask because I'm losing my mind without my laptop; I'm disabled and my entire social network and primary activities are online, and I'm stuck with a no-name tablet that has 2GB of memory and routinely gets <1Mbp/s internet.  :scream:
