Hi everyone, I would like to get some tips to preserve the battery life to the maximum. Every time I switch off the laptop, do I have to disconnect the charger from the wall?

Thank you

Battery life... as in system working longer on battery, or reducing battery wear over time?

Just don't let the battery run down to 0% - major thing here for battery wear. You can do this by setting critical battery level at around 7% (this is where it will shutdown/hibernate). And then put it back on charge soon. If you feel you'll be away from charger for a longer time, leave the battery at like 80% or so. (I leave mine fully charged too).

Battery wear is also dependent on number of cycles - 100 to 0 to 100. Reduce these by connecting to power when using it.

    1 cycle examples:
    1 time - 100 to 0 to 100
    2 times - 100 to 50 to 100
    4 times - 100 to 75 to 100

You can leave it connected to power all the time when using.
