PT515-52 My touchpad doesn't work. Any ideas what to do?

Yesterday, when i turned on my laptop, my touchpad didn't work suddenly.
It works only on BIOS not in windows so hardware should be ok.
On my laptop Fn + F2 is the combination to enable/disable touchpad - it does nothing (usually it shows info on screen)
I tried:
Restart
Reinstall windows
Then format C and reinstall windows
Installed drivers from Acer website using my serial nr. (first serial I/O driver then touchpad)
Disable and then reinstall drivers in device manager (ELAN I2C Filter Driver - I assume its touchpad?)
On BIOS I cant find anything about touchpad
On windows settings > device > touchpad turned it on > restarted > off

Nothing helps
I don't get any problem warnings from windows
Any ideas anyone?

Access the bios and then go to the MAIN tab. Press CTRL+S and check if a function called TOUCHPAD appears.

Hi lepiin, did you install windows via usb stick and then touch-pad worked ?

tell us what exactly machine you have ?

first i installed via windows update - it didn't work, then via usb stick - it also didn't work 
even when i'm installing windows - touchpad didn't work
only time i see it working is when i'm in BIOS

My laptop -

* other fun key working ? like volume, lighting keyboard etc ?

* I think there must be touchpad in bios, enter the advenset options (press F1) and search there touchpad.

on picture other model, but I think it must be similar

Every other Fn key works like it suppose to
And i don't have touchpad in BIOS 
Maybe BIOS update?

I saw on other sources that users did windows key + F7 (not Fn key) for you it maybe windows key + F2, try any options.

try some windows properties from that article https://community.acer.com/en/kb/articles/67-windows-10-change-touchpad-settings

Yeah i tried all that in the article - nothing helps
I tried also windows key + F2 and other F keys nothing happens.

if your laptop under warranty, try to get help from official acer support.

touchpad work under bios, but in windows not, it suppost to be driver issue, but you install and reinstall drivers... it some conflick between windows and acer drivers. try again uninstall and disable all touch drivers, restarts, install drivers, restart... but I think you did all of that.

Try reinstalling windows by pressing alt+f10 before the acer logo.

Thanks but as i wrote on my first post i already did install this driver and before i was installing touchpad driver

Hi lepiin,

search in google "DriverPack"  download it and install, it's will automatically find all drivers for your laptop, maybe there will be some correct driver for it.

but you MUST go over all tabs and remove all marks from other programs and drivers, that program can install many stuff like avast antivirus, opera etc... it's ads and you don't need that.

I don't know if it help, but you can try it. at my last work in computer laboratory that program was lifesaver for me.

Ok this made me happy for a moment

touchpad appears in bios but only thing i can choose is:

I2C or PS2

I tried both but neither works
