unused disk space can't access it without paying

Hi, I bought my Acer pc last year, as you can imagine my c drive is full, and I can't access my empty d drive as it is not adjacent to my c drive, not happy. I have 1.00 gb recovery space in between the two drives. Why should I have to buy a programme that allows me to access space on my d drive?

You should be able to move any data you want from the C: drive to the D : drive. To move programs over will require uninstalling them, then reinstalling but choosing the D : drive as the destination. You don't tell us what computer you have, what size drive(s) are installed and how they are partitioned, so we can't be much more specific. I find it hard to believe that you have to purchase a program to help you with files management.
