Black screen - Acer Nitro 5 (AC515-54-55

Hi. Recently I have buy Acer Nitro two weeks ago (AC515-54-55) and sometimes screen goes black. It started five days ago. It happens when I play game and even I writing in Word or surfing in web. Even NOW! it happen. It looks like screen goes in blanking mode... sometimes, like now, it was black and immediately comes back, but sometimes after black screen, my keybord are black too like I'm not using it, and when I click any key my laptop comeback to lock screen...  :O it happens five time in a row. When it happens, my laptop isn't overhated, I have cooling pad too so well... I have no idea what to do. 

It have no sense because I have a screen timeout after 5 minutes with only the battery and 20 minutes with the power supply. I check graphics card too, I have unistall drivers and update with drivers on offical site GeForce NVIDA.

Does anybody have the same problem as me? It could be something wrong with laptop or system? 
it is not a problem to give it back under warranty but I want to know if I can do something alone, maybe it doesn't need to lost my laptop for many days.

Hi nitroasp,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
