Hi,

I am facing speaker related issue from sometimes on my Aspire 7 (A715-75F) - Part Number: NH.Q87SI.001
Left side speaker was not working from few days but right side was fine.
But today my laptop's right speaker suddenly stopped working and I'm not able to hear any sound from internal speakers.

However, I can listen music in headphones.

I really don't know what is going.
Thanks in advance.

    Hi @HarshadRaval

You can try to reinstall the sound drivers and check with it. If in case it doesn't work properly you can try to do a complete reset. But make sure you have the backup of all the files before you try to do the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Yes, I tried re-installing drivers and re-installed windows also but no luck.
I am able listen to sounds in headphones, so I don't think it is a driver related problem.

I can hear sometimes from internal speakers too If I tap/hit with a soft hand on the side where speakers are located.

You likely have blown speakers, you can glue them back in.
