Acer tc-895 pc Which graphics card should I use in order to run at 4K 60hz with HDR?

I have the Acer tc-895 pc. Since it only has HDMI 1.4 ports, I can’t use 4K 60hz with hdr which is annoying. My monitor is the asus vg289q. I was wondering if you knew a graphics card that I could use in order to get 4K 60hz with hdr and that would fit inside the pc.

Any GPU card that was built after September 2013 has the HDMI 2.X feature, as the GPU that you have with the HDMI 1.4 was fitted after May 2009. Try either the NVIDIA GeForce GTX-1060 6 GB or the GTX-1080 8GB series as these cards will give you Standard Display Connectors of DP 1.43, HDMI 2.0b, DL-DVI and max Resolutions of 7680x4320@60Hz, also make sure that your PSU is of at least 500W so that these GPU cards especially the GTX-1080 function properly.

So I have a theory that the "old specs" for GPUs were based on less efficient mobos and components. If you go to the Newegg Power Supply Calculator and input the GTX 1060 as I have with my TC-895, it shows my system (with the DVD unplugged) needing 288 watts (of my 300 watt PSU). So is it as easy as that? I suppose I could order the 500w PSU from Acer, but according to the calculator, and a teardown video I found on Youtube showing the installation of a GTX 1660S, that you can run the 1060 fine on the existing power supply (and a $4 connector to SATA power from Amazon). Thoughts?

It's not that so much as the GPU chipset manufacturers are a bit conservative when setting their specs and they also assume you have everything else in the system that might use power installed and using power. So, a single NVMe drive instead of three HDDs is a big power savings, as is 8GB of ram instead of 64GB...
