Having an issue with my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55 prioritizing the integrated graphics over the GTX 1650

I am having a technical issue where My Acer 5 Nitro 2020 AN515-55 is using the integrated Intel UHD Graphics over the GPU despite me checking all the nividia "High Performance Processor" boxes, turning on all High performance battery modes, and surfing the web for 3 days trying to find solutions to this problem. None have worked. The laptop will use the GPU properly when I disable the intel UHD graphics and plug it into an external monitor, but without the monitor it runs at 2-10 fps for games. I've followed about every guide for this issue and I just can't seem to find a solution, any ideas?

Solved by uninstalling NitroSense and/or rolling back my GTX 1650 drivers in the device manager. The PC appears to properly using enough of the GPU now. My fps also stays steady at 60 on max settings BO3.
