Is the ram in acer swift 3 SF314-52G-53UY upgradable?

It says in the task manager that there are free slots but some websites claim that it is soldered.
it is 4gb btw which is too low

    The memory is soldered to the motherboard, no socket for an upgrade. Task manager has no way to tell if there are sockets, it can only look at what the chipset could potentially use. The discrete graphics models (G) use LPDDR3 chips and come in 4GB and 8GB flavors. So the only way to get up to the 8GB version is a motherboard replacement.

    i should add that it has both intel uhd 620 and mx150 with 2 gb vram
    ssd is 256gb

    okay thank you for the answer but is it not worthless to use 4gb of memory with an mx150? how can i make use of its perforamance?
    i really regret getting this laptop

    Means only motherboard replacement is the solution? Couldn't we add the 12gb ram in the existing slot?
