Helios 300 RTX2060 major issues

some help needed.  I have a helios 300 with a rtx 2060 and have started having major issues.  while playing world of warcraft it will crash and tell me wow cant start 3d acceleration.  if I just start the game back up it will be using the onboard intel gpu.  If i restart sometimes the 2060 will be back and other time i have to restart 5 or 6 times to get the 2060 to show back up in the display options.  I have changed drivers and i have even factory reset the laptop and still i have the issues.  Any help would be greatly appreciated I'm starting to thing the whole laptop needs to go back

Hi Krovikan,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
