The problem is caused by something I don't know. I turned on the machine to work. Open the program but it doesn't show anything except the MENU BAR and the blank screen doesn't see the job. But you can choose a piece at random, depending on what you choose, but you don't know what it is.
according to the sample sent It's the same for all programs like adobe all program Autodesk revit sketch UP obs studio epic launcher (flashing icon) game steam (no image open) now I reinstalled windows three times it doesn't go away. I just finished installing the program and tested it as usual.
The machine is out of warranty for 4 years.
