Feature Request - Acer should provide required updates for laptops with compatible hardware for Windows 11 support.

The issue: Laptops such as the PH517-61-R3D7 have the required hardware to run Windows 11, but currently cannot run Windows 11 as Acer has not enabled TPM 2.0 for these laptops. Specifically, laptops with Desktop AMD Ryzen CPUs starting with 2xxx series support TPM 2.0 via the AMD fTPM, but Acer has not enabled this feature for a wide range of users.

Impact: Being unable to install Windows 11 on these laptops will put their users at a disadvantage as Windows 11 will be better optimised than Windows 10. Further, Windows 11 will receive security updates faster than Windows 10, leaving users exposed to security vulnerabilities for longer than necessary.

Proposed Solution: Provide BIOS updates for hardware compatible laptops, such as the PH517-61-R3D7, so that the AMD fTPM can be enabled. This will allow users to install Windows 11.
