As my title says I decided to disassemble my laptop and remove the batter because my laptop suddenly shut itself down and when I pressed the power button it doesnt turn on but when its plugged in it is lighting up and usable although it is stuck at 0%(mans fighting hard) then I disassembled it to remove the battery and hold down the ppwer button because of some tutorial Ive read on google. Is my battery the main problem?

    Hi Teph,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.
