The Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 usually comes with the i7-10750H (that link that you gave does not say what CPU this laptop comes with?) and the Nitro 5 AN517-41 comes with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H. These CPU’s have different applications as the Ryzen is a newer CPU, its up to you to decide? These are where the Ryzen 7 5800H has advantages as its a newer released 10-months later CPU, has more modern manufacturing processes to the Intel' i7-10750H that is 7 versus 14 nanometres, has around 22.47 GB/s (49%) higher theoretical memory bandwidth, has 2 more physical cores, has 4 MB larger L3 cache size, 25% faster in a single-core Geekbench v5 test - 1468 vs 1174 points. The Intel i7-10750H advantages are mainly in its supports of up to 128 GB DDR4-2933 RAM(which applies to desktops systems and not laptops), it consumes up to 17% less energy than the Ryzen 7 5800H – 45 vs 54 Watt and 14% higher Turbo Boost frequency (5 GHz vs 4.4 GHz). So these are the main differences and its up to you and what you are going to use these laptops for to make the decision(s).
