Nitro XZ2 monitor issue

I recently purchased a Nitro XZ2 Series gaming monitor and set it up for use. While tampering with the settings I accidentally enabled the OSD lock while trying to adjust some other stuff. I have 2 monitors, the Nitro XZ2 Series monitor and an ED2 Series monitor. When holding the menu button for 5 seconds, the monitor's power cuts off and does not unlock the OSD. Turning the power off the holding it when the power is turning on does nothing. Unplugging the power for the monitor, waiting, plugging it back in and holding the power is not unlocking it. Holding it down for 10-20 seconds displays the same "OSD Locked" message as if I had tapped the menu button, and I don't believe that there are any issues with the button itself, as it doesn't stick and you can hear a "click" when it's pressed. NOTHING IS WORKING!!! What I've noticed is that by having the menu button going up, down, left, or right when it's searching for an input briefly shows the input settings, but no other menu or options are present. Please help me.

I'm going to have to guess as to which XZ series you have, they have different sizes and different years and different builds... IIRC most of them you power up with the joystick in one direction to override the OSD lock.
