So i installed an SSD for my G3-571 after like 4 years of owning it. But this isn't this issue here.

I didn't really have time to install windows 10 myself on it and do all the work, so i paid local guy here to do it for me, Everything seems alright until i check the audio drivers n' stuff. No sound from speakers. I tried uninstalling and installing the audio drivers again and tried that with multiple versions (Realtek), Nothing seems to be working, i can plug my earphones, but i can't even use all the volume of them because after 50% they start saturating and crackling, screams also make my earphones crack, i can't even use the Earphones with Mic options because it just doesn't work and the only thing you can hear is crackling.

I sent the laptop back to the guy to make him check what's up, he tells me that the speakers are supposedly working all great, everything is connected as intended, but he can't make the sound come out of 'em. He tells me that's probably because all the stuff that has happened to it, but i don't think it's that because everything worked fine before sending it to him. He also tells me that he didn't even touch those cables or the sound, he only installed the SSD, windows 10, and cleaned the insides of the laptop.

Do you know what this could be? what could fix it? I need the speakers to work, and the earphone with mic feature working too. The integrated mic sounds alright but it's weird to get your laptop handed to you and now the speakers just don't work.
