I have an Acer Predator G3-710 with and i5 7400 and a 1070. I took out the 1070 to put it into a new build. I tried to use the integrated graphics since I took out the 1070 but the display port on the motherboard doesn't work. The Computer turns on and everything is working but I cant connect it to a monitor. I even tried to put a GT 610 in the computer using the HDMI on the graphics card but it still didn't work. I also tried to put a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 480 in it using the ports on the graphics card and it still wouldn't connect to a monitor. PLS HELP :(

This is interesting. One thing to try would be to reset CMOS. I'm not familiar with your system, but there must be a CMOS jumper on the mobo somewhere.

What happens if you put 1070 back in the old PC? Even if things work as they are supposed to, I'd use this opportunity to update 1070's DP Firmware just in case (NVIDIA GRAPHICS FIRMWARE UPDATE TOOL FOR DISPLAYPORT 1.3 AND 1.4 DISPLAYS). Naturally This won't fix the problem you have.

Go to BIOS with 1070. Maybe there's an option which graphics to use. I mean, dedicated vs. integrated (HD630 on i5-7400). If there is this kind of a setting, do you get video if you select iGPU?
