How to find / get Acer back ?

Hello Acer Community

I brought an Acer 10.3” screen tablet with a 32GB SDHC that came together from Oxford Street London in PC World

Have the customer reference when brought also have the return ID from the courier of the item when returned because of intermittent fault…

Now DO NOT KNOW where my item is or whatever

All help with this GREATLY Appreciated the item is only a few weeks old

    When it was returned was is sent to Acer or to your vendor? If the vendor (which is more likely on a system that new) you should reach out to them. They may have just credited your card and not sent you a new one.
