If you want to completely wipe your drive or delete using that brute method you can install any version of Windows or even other Operating systems (like Ubuntu for example).
But, it'll be easier to use this method shown blow by a previous user and keep Windows 10. 👇👇 *More instructions proceed after the quote below*

You can pretty much install any version of Windows or even Ubuntu. However you need to create a backup of your personal files (music, documents, etc)or you'll lose them. Then you need to create a bootable disk (a USB flash drive 8GB or more will do for most Operating Systems). Microsoft allows you download the ISO files here (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-installation-media-for-windows-99a58364-8c02-206f-aa6f-40c3b507420d).
    For Ubuntu (https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/create-a-usb-stick-on-windows#1-overview)

Then you need to download a free bootable media creator like Rufus (https://rufus.ie/en/).

After you create your bootable media, you can go on and wipe your drive as you wish. Plug in the bootable media and boot up the PC. You'll install a new Operating System
