Unexpected rastart swift 3

my computer (acer swift 3) unexpectedly restarts after an error screen. Before restarting, it performs a diagnostic. The drivers and windows are up to date. The computer is new and has given problems from the beginning, the problem does not occur every day, but at least once every two weeks it happens.
How can I solve the problem? Thanks so much

Hi Gigios,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Which Swift 3 model do you have? It should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. Can you take a picture of the screen when it fails? Is it a BSOD or a popup error window?
