    Acer nitro5 515-52 when I press the power button power is on and suddenly off. So I press the power button and release the keyboard socket then laptop is working good. Which part should be troubleshoot. I have been changed new keyboard but it not ok.

    Try to do a complete reset and give it a try it could be a software issue if not with the keyboard.

    Find the below link to do the reset.

    But make sure you back up all the data before you start with the reset.

    Hi ZawPhyoWai,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".
