acer predator pt315-52 can't do a celan windows 10 install

so, i hant to make a clean win 10 install on my  predator pt315-52, but every time i try to do so, i ran in to a blue SCREEN... and its said whea_uncorrectable_error. so i dont know waht to do.

    Did you download the mediatool feom microsoft or did you do a factory reset ?

    Reset this PC and keep my files
    1. Shutdown the unit. Press and hold alt+F10 key. Then turn ON the unit.
    2. You will get a blue screen. Choose the option troubleshoot.

    i downlaod the tool from mycrosft and creat the USB

    i allready erase all the partitions on the SSD so.... i cant do this....

    If you made a boot disk from a Windows DVD you must have a good copy. You need a DVD drive to reload windows onto your machines hard drive. Your USB drive is obviously no good. Put a good copy of Win 10 back on your machine and start again. You should never attempt anything like that without an image backup, just in case something like this happens. I don't know if you can buy a copy from acer or not. Their support is pretty horrible.
